Logo for Burnaby Velodrome Club, the premier track cycling facility in the Pacific Northwest and one of only two indoor velodromes in Canada.
The facility is a training and racing centre for Olympic and professional cyclists, a community centre that teaches cycling to youth, and a premier race venue. The challenge was to create a mark that can inspire these audiences. The stylized b icon is inspired by coloured hardwood strips on the surface of the track.
